When water is spreading across a hallway at 2 a.m. or smoke has worked its way into every bedroom, the people who show up matter as much as the equipment they bring. Our Dallas crew is built around that idea. These are the technicians, coordinators, and apprentices who answer calls across the metro, from Carrollton to Garland to Oak Cliff. We’re an independently owned and operated Kingswell company, and the folks below are the reason homeowners keep our number saved.
Restoration work we handle

Our People
Michael R. – Lead Water Damage Technician
Michael has run water mitigation crews in Dallas for 14 years, and he’s seen pretty much every way a house can flood, from failed supply lines in Far North Dallas to slab leaks that travel through walls in older Lakewood homes. He holds IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying, which means he understands psychrometrics, the science of how moisture moves through air and building materials. In plain terms, he knows how to dry a structure without guessing. Michael keeps a running mental map of problematic neighborhoods where clay soil shifts and stresses plumbing, and he’s the first person we send when a job stumps someone else. Off the clock, he restores old fishing reels and has the patience of a man who untangles knots for fun.
Danielle T. – Mold Remediation Specialist
Danielle joined Dryden Restoration Dallas eight years ago after working in commercial abatement, and she brought a level of containment discipline that changes how we approach every mold job. Her specialty is setting up negative air environments and sealed containment chambers, the kind of setup that keeps spores from drifting into clean rooms while we remove affected drywall and treat surfaces. She’s trained to RIA standards and can explain the difference between surface mold on a bathroom ceiling and a deeper colonization behind baseboards in about two minutes. Danielle runs our mold jobs in older neighborhoods like Casa View and Lochwood, where humidity and decades of remodel layers create problems newer construction rarely sees. She keeps a pair of hiking boots in her truck and disappears to Cedar Ridge Preserve when the weather cooperates.
Tony G. – Service Coordinator
Tony is the voice on the phone when you call at 11 p.m. on a Sunday with a burst pipe, and he’s been doing dispatch and customer support for restoration companies in Dallas since 2011. His job is simple but unforgiving: get the right tech to the right address in the window we promised, and make sure nobody waits around wondering what’s happening. Tony knows the traffic patterns of every major corridor, which matters when someone in Mesquite needs a tech at rush hour and a crew in Irving is finishing a drying check. He tracks equipment inventory, confirms appointment windows, and handles the paperwork that insurance adjusters ask for. Before restoration, Tony managed a barbecue supply store, so his smoker knowledge is available free of charge on any call.
Chris B. – Apprentice Technician
Chris is two years into his restoration career and came to us from a commercial cleaning background, which taught him how to move fast without breaking things. He’s currently working toward his IICRC Water Damage Restoration certification, and he shadows Michael on most extraction and drying jobs, learning how to read moisture meters and manage Dri-Eaz and Phoenix equipment placements. Chris handles the detailed grunt work that keeps a mitigation running smoothly, moving air movers, logging moisture readings, and checking dehumidifier output every visit. He’s from Richardson originally and still lives there, which comes in handy when calls stack up in the northern suburbs. Chris plays in a slow-pitch softball league and claims his post-flood cleanup stamina comes from double-header Sundays.
One Standard, Every Job
Every person on this page works under the same set of rules, and those rules are written down because memory fails and verbal promises fade. We call them The Kingswell Way. It means we say the price before the work starts, in writing, and that number holds. It means we give a committed arrival window and actually show up inside it. It means background-checked, uniformed technicians who introduce themselves at the door. It means we leave the job site cleaner than we found it, no wet debris stacked by the curb for a week. And it means every repair carries a written 365-Day Done Right Promise. If a covered repair fails within a year, we come back and correct it at zero cost. Carl Brandt, the owner, has been drilling these standards into the Dallas team since 2005, and he holds himself to the same ones.
